Stepper motors are precise electromechanical devices, and special attention must be paid to shock prevention, moisture protection, magnetic interference prevention, and packaging standards during transportation to avoid performance degradation or damage.

General Transportation Requirements
Shock and Impact Protection: Throwing, rolling, or severe collisions are strictly prohibited; when handling, the box should be supported from the bottom with both hands, and pulling the packing strap is not allowed.

Temperature and Humidity Control: The recommended transportation environment temperature is between -10℃ and 40℃, with relative humidity maintained at 40%–60%; if passing through high humidity or high salt areas (such as by sea), additional moisture protection measures should be taken.

Dust and Corrosion Protection: Avoid transporting with corrosive substances such as acids, bases, or salt spray; exposed parts like motor shafts and terminals should be sealed and protected.

Packaging Standards
Small motors (≤5kg): Use EPE foam molded cushions + corrugated cardboard box;

Medium motors (5–20kg): Add honeycomb cardboard support;

Heavy motors (>20kg): Use wooden crates with polyurethane foam filling the gaps;

All packages should pass ISTA 3A standard vibration tests.
Stacking Guidelines: Stacking height should not exceed 5 layers; provide pallet cushioning on the bottom layer; place heavy boxes at the bottom and light boxes on top, with total height not exceeding the vehicle side panels.
