Product Description
Based on 39 years of experience in frameless torque motor research and manufacturing, we have developed the Humanoid Robot Core Module, an integrated robotic joint solution designed for next-generation humanoid robots.
The module integrates our self-developed Miniature Frameless Rotary Motor, high-precision harmonic reducer, dual encoders, and servo drive system into an all-in-one structure. This 8-in-1 integrated design greatly simplifies robot assembly processes and reduces development costs for overseas humanoid robot manufacturers.

Our 16,000㎡ production facility is equipped with automated production lines for precision motor manufacturing and module assembly. Supported by an independent R&D department, we continuously optimize control algorithms, electromagnetic design, and mechanical structures.
With a monthly production capacity of 30,000 motor and module units, every Humanoid Robot Core Module undergoes complete inspection, including insulation testing, withstand voltage testing, and dynamic torque testing before shipment.
The module adopts a lightweight aerospace-grade housing design, reducing overall weight by more than 30%. With 24V-48V wide voltage compatibility, it is suitable for humanoid robot joints requiring lightweight design, high torque density, and precise motion control.
Each module includes an 18-month warranty covering internal motors, drives, sensors, and major components. We provide remote technical support for robot system integration, electrical matching, and EtherCAT/CANopen communication configuration.
Customized sample development takes 15-45 days. A minimum order quantity of 50 units supports mixed torque models. During production, we provide real-time photos and videos of machining, assembly, and testing processes for overseas customers.
