Our self-developed Three Phase Power Integrated Module (3-phase full-bridge PIM) integrates a 3-phase rectifier bridge, IGBT inverter unit and braking circuit in one single package. It delivers an all-in-one power circuit solution for 3-phase servo drives and 3-phase inverters. Customers no longer need to source rectifier and inverter components separately, which reduces PCB soldering processes and lowers the failure rate of end equipment.

As an original supporting manufacturer for motors, we launched production lines for motors and 3-phase power modules back in 1987. We operate a 16,000 m² standardized workshop with dedicated packaging and aging production lines for 3-phase PIM modules. Our team of 125 staff includes professional R&D engineers specializing in 3-phase circuits. Our in-house R&D team continuously optimizes the 3-phase balanced output performance of the modules, with a monthly overall capacity of 30,000 units.

Adopting standardized 3-phase packaging, the modules are available in two voltage ratings: 600V / 1200V, with rated current ranging from 20A to 200A. The built-in braking circuit simplifies the energy consumption braking design of complete machines. The full product series comes with an 18-month warranty covering all components including the 3-phase bridge, IGBT chips and substrate.

 

Remote pre-sales support is available, covering complete machine process consultation for 3-phase servo drives and inverters, power parameter selection and 3-phase communication protocol adaptation. Lead time for standard PIM modules: 7–14 days. Sample development cycle for customized 3-phase current and pinout specifications: 15–45 days. Mixed order of 600V and 1200V models is acceptable within the MOQ of 50 pieces. Favorable terms can be negotiated for bulk orders with flexible advance payment ratios.

 

We can supply real photos and videos of 3-phase balance testing to overseas agents during production. Third-party on-site electrical testing and inspection are supported. Modules are packed with anti-static vacuum bags and thick moisture-proof cartons. Fumigation-free wooden cases are adopted for large shipments. All goods are covered by international cargo insurance for fast claim settlement in case of logistics damage.

Packaging & Shipping

We support trade terms including EXW, FOB and DDP, with USD settlement.
