Designed for medium-power servo drives, robot joint actuators, and small-to-medium renewable energy converters, we developed the 100 Amp IGBT Semiconductor, a 100A insulated gate bipolar transistor optimized with advanced chip conduction architecture. It achieves an ideal balance between switching loss and continuous current capability, supporting 48-380V industrial drive systems and solving the common industry issue of excessive temperature rise during long-term full-load operation of conventional 100A IGBT devices.

With an independent semiconductor R&D team continuously improving the packaging and thermal management structure of the 100 Amp IGBT Semiconductor, our 16,000㎡ factory is equipped with dust-free semiconductor packaging production lines. 125 employees, including professional semiconductor electrical inspection engineers, conduct complete inspections on every product before shipment, including full-load temperature rise testing, voltage withstand testing, and surge current testing. The monthly production capacity of our power semiconductor products reaches 30,000 sets, serving overseas buyers of industrial automation equipment in Europe and America.

The 100 Amp IGBT Semiconductor is available in two voltage grades: 600V and 1200V. The integrated heat dissipation substrate reduces system thermal design complexity, while the anti-static packaging process ensures safe international transportation. The complete series provides an 18-month warranty covering chip and package failures.

Before ordering, our technical team provides remote support for 100A power drive board solutions, electrical parameter selection, and driver circuit matching. Standard 100 Amp IGBT Semiconductor products can be delivered within 7-14 days, while customized pin layouts and package samples require 15-45 days for development. A minimum order quantity of 50 pieces supports mixed purchasing of 600V and 1200V models. Large-volume orders can enjoy flexible tiered pricing. During production, customers can receive real production photos and full-load temperature testing videos. Third-party semiconductor electrical inspection is also supported.

Products are packed with anti-static vacuum bags and moisture-proof export cartons. Large orders can use fumigation-free wooden cases for additional protection. International cargo insurance is provided for all shipments to reduce risks caused by static damage or transportation impact.
