With 39 years of experience in power semiconductor components for servo motors and robotic drive systems, we independently developed and mass-produced the Silicon Carbide Power Module. Compared with traditional silicon-based IGBT modules, SiC technology significantly reduces switching losses and operating temperature, improving energy conversion efficiency by more than 20% under high-frequency and high-voltage conditions. It is ideally suited for next-generation high-speed servo drives and high-power humanoid robot joint systems.

Established in 1987, our factory covers 16,000㎡ and includes dedicated dust-free semiconductor packaging workshops. Among our 125 employees are semiconductor R&D engineers and electrical testing specialists. Our internal R&D department continuously improves the chip packaging structure and thermal design of the Silicon Carbide Power Module.
The monthly production capacity of motors and power semiconductor products reaches 30,000 sets. Every Silicon Carbide Power Module undergoes full-load aging testing, voltage withstand testing, and high-frequency performance inspection before shipment. The products comply with CE and energy-saving certifications and are widely supplied to advanced automation equipment manufacturers in Europe and America.
The Silicon Carbide Power Module supports high-frequency carrier operation. Its high-temperature-resistant SiC chip structure simplifies system cooling design. Available voltage ratings include 600V and 1200V, covering lightweight robots and renewable energy equipment applications.
All products include an 18-month factory warranty, covering chip and package failures.
Before purchase, we provide remote technical support for high-frequency drive solutions, SiC component selection, and system communication compatibility.
Standard Silicon Carbide Power Module products can be delivered within 7-14 days. Customized pin structures and power specifications require 15-45 days for sample development.
A 50-piece MOQ supports mixed orders of different voltage grades.
Production progress, packaging inspection, and thermal testing photos can be provided during manufacturing. Third-party semiconductor testing is supported.
Products are shipped in anti-static vacuum bags with moisture-proof export cartons. International cargo insurance is included for all shipments.
