As a source manufacturer specializing in frameless direct-drive motors, we have independently developed and manufactured the Robotic Rotational Actuator since 1987. This robotic rotary joint integrates a frameless torque motor, harmonic reducer, servo drive, and encoder into a compact all-in-one structure. Designed with pure rotational freedom, it is suitable for various robotic rotary axes. The hollow shaft structure allows internal cable routing, simplifying mechanical design and improving system integration efficiency.

Our 16,000㎡ standardized production facility is equipped with fully automated stator winding lines, precision assembly equipment, and high-voltage insulation testing systems. A professional team of 125 R&D engineers, production specialists, and quality inspectors manages the entire manufacturing process. Our independent R&D department continuously optimizes the torque output stability of the Robotic Rotational Actuator. With a stable monthly capacity of 30,000 units, every product undergoes 100% inspection before shipment and is widely supplied to overseas automation companies and robotic system integrators.

The Robotic Rotational Actuator covers a complete diameter range from 40mm to 170mm, with torque options from 0.5Nm to 320Nm. Supporting a wide voltage range of 24V–380V, it can be applied to both lightweight and heavy-duty robotic systems. All models include an 18-month warranty covering major rotational transmission components.

Before purchase, our engineering team provides remote support for rotary workstation design, electrical drive selection, and communication protocol debugging. Standard Robotic Rotational Actuator products can be delivered within 7–14 days, while customized rotary joint samples require 15–45 days. The MOQ starts from 50 units, and multiple torque models can be combined within one order. We provide real-time production photos and videos, support third-party inspection, and use moisture-proof export cartons or fumigation-free wooden cases depending on product size. International cargo insurance is available for all shipments.
