The cleaning of key modules of humanoid robots should be carried out differently depending on the specific module type (such as joints, end effectors, sensors, water supply and drainage modules, etc.).

General Cleaning Principles
Do not use alcohol, strong acids or alkalis, or high-pressure water to avoid corroding precision parts or damaging seals.
Prefer using a microfiber soft cloth lightly dipped in neutral cleaner for wiping.
Always disconnect the power before cleaning to avoid accidental startup and damage.

Cleaning Methods for Key Modules
Joint Modules
Use a soft brush to remove dust from crevices to prevent debris from affecting movement accuracy.
Wipe surfaces mainly with a microfiber cloth, avoiding liquid intrusion into internal bearings or encoder areas.

End Effectors (such as grippers, quick-change devices)
When wiping grease, be careful not to scratch tactile sensor surfaces or quick-change interfaces.
If equipped with an electric quick-change head (such as the WOMMER product), use a dry or slightly damp cloth to clean the exterior, keeping the interface dry.

Sensors (LiDAR, cliff sensors, vision modules, etc.)
Only use ultra-fine microfiber cloths or lint-free swabs to gently wipe optical lenses in one direction.
Do not spray any cleaning agents to avoid scratches or watermarks that could affect accuracy.

Water Supply and Drainage Modules (Clean Water Tank / Waste Water Tank)
If the device supports one-touch draining (such as the Ecovacs station), press and hold the "cleaning tank fill/drain button" for 10 seconds to automatically complete the draining cycle.
Before disassembly and cleaning, turn off the water source and disconnect the power.

Filters and Dust Boxes (for humanoid robots with cleaning functions)
After emptying the dust box, clean fine dust with a soft brush or low-power handheld vacuum; do not wash with water or soak in alcohol.
Rinse HEPA filters with clean water every 1–2 weeks and air dry naturally for more than 4 hours; do not use hot air to dry.
